Setting up the Paradigmi™ Recovery Ice Tub is very straightforward and takes only 5-10 minutes. Simply unfold the tub, inflate the support ring using the included pump, and your tub is ready! All you need is a stable surface to place the tub on. Most of the setup time is spent filling the tub with water.

It's advisable to always keep the lid on the tub to prevent unwanted debris from falling in. During summer, we recommend changing the water once a week to maintain freshness. In winter, the water can remain in the tub for several weeks due to lower bacterial growth in cold temperatures. When draining the tub, clean the interior surfaces with warm soapy water to extend its lifespan.

The Paradigmi™ Recovery Ice Tub features thermal-insulated layers and a thermo lid to maintain cold water temperatures for longer. To maximize the passive cooling effect overnight, we recommend placing the tub in a shaded outdoor area and adding our Ice Blocks if needed.
